RJ45 serial port pinout configuration. However the IM4200 family can be supplied with either Cisco Straight, Cisco Rolled (Avocent/Cyclades) or Classic (Avocent/Equinox) RJ serial pinout configurations:

The above -DAC- part numbers are for product with North American power cords so you'll need to use the appropriate alternate extensions for other regions (e.g -AU, -EU, -JP or -UK).
Similar part numbers are used for the 16, 32 and 48 port IM4200 models e.g. IM4248-2-DAC-X1-US specifies the Cisco Rolled/Cyclades pinout 48 port USA AC power model.
The IM4216-34 product is available with Cisco Straight pinout only e.g. IM4216-34-DAC-X2-US.
